January 16:  Goal Setting (virtual session)

Join me for a virtual classroom session on goal setting for you and your horse. 6:00 - 7:30 pm via Zoom.  Two ways to participate:
1) $30 for classroom session
2) $50 for classroom session + a 30 minute private follow-up session to discuss your own personal goals

February 13:  How to Make Progress During Inclement Weather (virtual session)

Are you feeling like you can't make progress with your horse because of the weather? Then this session is for you! We will discuss a variety of tasks that you can do with your horse in a stall or barn aisle, as well as things that you can do from the comfort of your own couch!  6:00 - 7:30 pm via Zoom. $30 per person.

May 18-19:  Course 1: The Start of a Partnership  (Durham, ME)

This course is designed for anyone that is a) just starting their horsemanship journey, b) working with a new horse, or c) working to overcome fear issues.  The focus of this course will be on safety, confidence, and skill building for both horse and human.  Exercises will begin on the ground and will move to riding as people are ready.  Riding is not a requirement, however; the course can be completed entirely on the ground.  No previous experience necessary.  Limited to 6 participants.  $400 for the two days.  Overnight stabling available if needed.  Auditors welcome for $30 per day.

June 22:  Trail Riding Prerequisites, Part 1 (Pownal, ME)

These workshops will focus on developing the skills necessary to have a safe, relaxing and enjoyable trail ride.  Exercises will begin on the ground and then progress to riding.  However, riding is not required; there is an option to complete the entire workshop from the ground if you choose.  Limited to 4 participants.  $200 for the day.  Auditors welcome for $30.

July 27:  Trail Riding Prerequisites, Part 2 (Pownal, ME)

August 24:  Preparing for Liberty (Pownal, ME)

This course is designed for the horse and human that have solid skills on the ground and are looking to progress towards liberty.  We will cover the necessary prerequisites for working at liberty, and will move towards individual liberty play as participants are ready.  Limited to 4 participants.  $200 for the day.  Auditors welcome for $30.

September 14-15:  Course 2: Advancing your Partnership (Durham, ME)

This course is a continuation of the skill building from course 1.  We will put principle to purpose using patterns and obstacles, both on the ground and in the saddle.  We will also begin preparing for liberty.  Completion of Course 1 is a prerequisite.  Limited to 6 participants.  $400 for the two days.  Overnight stabling available if needed.  Auditors welcome for $30 per day.

Private Study with Ashley (Pownal, ME)

Currently accepting students to come study with me at my home base for 2, 3, or 4 days.  This is not a specific course, but is designed for you to get lots of 1-on-1 time to accelerate your learning on whatever topics you would like to cover.  Limited to 1 or 2 participants at a time.  Dates are flexible.  Message for more information and pricing.
